Indoor loudspeakers
Indoor loudspeakers are used in offices, in training rooms, corridors, control rooms and living quarters on oil platforms, for example.
Depending on requirements, they are suitable for the playback of speech and background music and even to transmit alarm tones.
Installation on walls or ceilings, or flush-fitting on ceilings is typical for indoor areas. The nominal load capacity varies between 6 and 18 W.
Outdoor loudspeakers
Outdoor loudspeakers are used in production areas, on factory and plant grounds, car parks, on ships, drilling platforms, for example.
Our outdoor loudspeakers consist primarily of rugged plastic, and are non-rusting and weather-resistant. In outdoor areas they are typically installed using non-rusting brackets and the relevant screw fittings. Depending on requirements, they must be able to withstand extreme temperatures of - 50 °C to 150 °C. The nominal load capacity varies between 12 to 25 W.
Loudspeakers for explosion-hazard areas
Hazardous environments necessitate increased reliability and availability of terminals. INDUSTRONIC complies with European and international safety standards and holds the corresponding national approvals.
High-quality pressure chamber loudspeakers are used in areas at risk from explosion. They offer a rugged design and resistance to corrosion, heat and adverse weather conditions. Our terminals have ATEX approvals conforming to zones 1, 2 and 22 depending on requirements. Our loudspeakers can be used in temperature classes T 3 - T 6. The nominal load capacity varies from 15 - 25 W
